The Continuation Ballot is happening now!
This is your opportunity to decide who runs your estate. It only happens every 5 years.
We believe that LEMB have had their time and have failed continuously to provide the service that we deserve.
Voting LEMB out gives us the option for a fresh start.
Our recommendation for the security of your vote is that you request for your vote to be collected by Civica. All residents can request this by calling 020 8889 9203.
Do not give your voting card to anyone else. If you choose to put your vote in the box in the LEMB office, ensure that you do this yourself and do not give your voting slip to a member of staff or a board member.
Your vote is your choice. Do not be intimidated to vote in any way by anyone. It is unlawful for anyone to pressure you into voting a certain way or offer you something in exchange for your vote.

We aim to hold LEMB to account for their mismanagement of our estate. We think residents of Loughborough Estate deserve better.
